Klause's Kitchen Episode 1: Guacamole
Here goes...
After much editing, fighting with bad sound, cranky video equipment, and late-night tweaking, it's finally done. It's a little rough, but future efforts will get better. Watch it. Behold the dorky goodness. Then make some this weekend for yourself.
